Delegate Keaton moved to amend the amendment on page 3, section 10a, line 40, by striking the word, "and," and inserting a new subdivision (E) to read as follows, "(E) The provision of mental health services. That term means the services provided in §9-5-30(b)(5)(A)-(I); and"; and re-lettering the remaining subdivisions, accordingly;
